As Vice President of Operations, Darcy brings 30+ years of experience growing, leading and managing energy and technology services companies. He is a leading authority in transforming organizations into a service driven approach to long term growth and profitability. Darcy is responsible for leading company operations and delivery. 

Prior to ESAS, Darcy headed his own management and engineering consulting firm, was a co- owner and division head in an electrical contracting, engineering and technology services company and business leader for a global technology service Fortune 500 company. Prior positions include, Vice President and Division Head, Control Engineering LLC; Director Analytics, Siemens Industry, Inc; Southwest Area General Manager, Siemens Industry, Inc; Branch General Manager, Siemens Industry, Inc; and Managing Director, Quilogy (Microsoft System Integrator). 

Darcy is a registered Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager and Certified Commissioning Agent. He earned an engineering degree from the University of Alberta and an MBA from Drake University.
