With a background in healthcare and over a decade of experience, Ragya brings a unique perspective to her role, applying her organizational, operational, and financial skills across various areas, including finance, HR, and general operations.

Outside of her work at ESAS, Ragya holds a master’s degree in nursing and is a licensed Nurse Practitioner, exemplifying her dedication to caring for others and helping communities thrive. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, and creating cherished memories with her two children and husband.

Strategic Planning: Driving the company’s core strategy of “customer intimacy,” focusing on building strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure long-term success in the solar PV market.
Team Support and Development: Fostering a positive work culture, helping with HR functions, and providing guidance and mentorship to the ESAS team.
